Our tuition is mainly supported by our donors. Thus, our students pay only for the courses that they are taking. This helps keep costs affordable. There are three (3) terms per year; Fall, Spring, and Summer. Each term consists of a 10- week session. Courses are normally 10 weeks in length with the exception of languages which may be 12 - 14 weeks in length per the instructor. Full time students may take no more than two (2) courses per term.
We understand that everyone has different learning needs and schedules. That's why we offer flexible learning options, including online courses, in-person classes, and hybrid programs. Our faculty members are experts in their fields and bring real-world experience to the classroom. They are passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Our faculty are alumni from New York Theological Seminary, The University of Oxford, Yale Divinity School, the Graduate Theological Foundation, One Spirit Interfaith Seminary, and Hartford International Seminary, among others.
We believe that hands-on learning is the most effective way to learn. That's why we incorporate practical, real-world projects into our courses and programs to help you apply what you've learned in a meaningful way. We offer local face-to-face workshops and community experiences during externships, internships, and residencies. In our experience this structure provides seminarians with the best opportunity to attend seminary while continuing to live and work normally.
We're committed to helping you achieve your career goals. Our career services team provides one-on-one support to help you prepare for job interviews, create a winning resume, and network with potential employers. We specialize in SACRED ACTIVISM / SOCIAL JUSTICE leadership studies in the following Ministry Specializations (aka Majors) Christian Theology, Interreligious Studies, Pastoral Ministry, the Sacred Fine Arts, Spiritual Counseling Studies, Religious Education, Ministry Administration. The Ministry Focus (aka Minor) is the application of the Major into the social justice ministry in answer to the call that the scholar has discerned.
At GTC our graduates walk the path to which they were called. We do NOT treadmill you onto a path that we have chosen for you. GTC provides the spiritual- educational space for you to study ministry while you discern why you were called by Creation.
We're more than just a school – we're a community. We offer a variety of opportunities to get involved, including volunteer projects, and networking events. We are multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, multi-faith, multi-race, multi-age, inclusive, and affirming. We welcome and admit persons who are called to ministry, but may not "fit through mainstream doors". We affirm that while everyone is equally called to ministry, one must be educated and trained within the sometimes rigorous structure of ministry formation in order to best employ your God given gifts.

Our educational services are designed to help you reach your full potential. Our mobile and online courses are accessed from your mobile devices & computers, twentyfour hours a day. From course lectures, to personalized coaching, to test preparation, we are here to educate and support you on your journey into ministry.
