Grace Theological College makes a distinction between a religious degree and a liberal arts degree. While a liberal arts education attempts to provide a broad foundation of general studies, the religious degree provides a concentration in practical skills which may be exercised in the student’s profession within the structure of a ministry.
The Grace Theological College undergraduate degree-completion program allows students to maintain their professional positions while completing a religious associate's or bachelor’s degree in one of four areas: Christian Theology, Spiritual Direction & Counseling, Multifaith Theology, and Interfaith Education.
Specialized degree tracks are available for some degree programs to allow focused study in a particular area. A range of study options is also available to help students craft their own educational study plan.
These religious degrees are built upon the practical skills needed to function professionally within the student’s chosen field. Graduates may elect to apply for ordination as Non-Denominational Ministers or Interfaith Pastors upon the successful completion of their degrees.
Academic degrees are research-oriented, independent studies requiring the use of the GTC’s Online Research Library or comparable physical research library. The master’s theses and the doctoral dissertations are written under faculty supervision and must be endorsed by the respective Department's Dean or Chair.

The Doctorate of Sacred Feminine Studies program at Grace Theological College is a religious dual-doctorate (D. Min., Ph.D.) program that is multi-faith focused and research based.
The program of studies is founded upon the paradigm that Creation's universal energies continually shift while maintaining balance. Excesses and deficiencies occur whenever human agency enters this equation. The resulting imbalances caused by humankind have repeatedly led to crisis and destruction. Paradoxically, human agency must always enter the equation either directly or indirectly through our interactions with Creation.
Graduates of this program are expected to have thoroughly examined and offered workable solutions to the sequelae of the imbalances created by human agency. It is expected that this will be accomplished via the application of the extensive history and communications to humankind and/or nature by the Divine Feminine in her many manifestations across almost every known culture, tradition, and religion.
The curriculum examines the history of humankind and its interactions with the Sacred Feminine through the lens of anthropology, the natural sciences, psychology , faith, gender-studies, global-social, and economic mechanisms through multi-faith perspectives.
Upon graduation, scholars are expected to have produced a body of distinguished work via their research for the doctoral dissertation for the Ph.D., and will have planned, created, and implemented a ministry via a doctoral project in support of their discerned area of need to serve Creation in any of its forms; biological and/or social, and/or psychological, and/or spiritual for the D. Min.
The areas of study, subject of focus, and scholarship are limited only by the scholar's creativity, motivation, and application of the work to be accomplished.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree. Scholars have a minimum of four (4) years, and a maximum of six (6) years to complete both doctorates. Scholars from many areas of academic and professional studies should find a comfortable niche in this program.
