 Our tuition is mainly supported by our donors. Thus, our students pay only during the semester that they are taking courses. This helps keep costs affordable. There are three (3) semesters  per year; Fall, Spring, and Summer. Each semester consists of an  intensive 8-week  session, with the exception of language courses which may be 12-weeks in length per the instructor. 

We understand that everyone has different learning needs and schedules. That's why we offer flexible learning options, including online courses, in-person classes, and hybrid programs.  Our faculty members are experts in their fields and bring real-world experience to the classroom. They  are passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Our faculty are alumni from New York Theological Seminary, The University of Oxford, Yale Divinity School, the Graduate Theological Foundation, One Spirit Interfaith Seminary, and Hartford International Seminary, among others. 

We believe that hands-on learning is the most effective way to learn. That's why we incorporate practical, real-world projects into our courses and programs to help you apply what you've learned in a meaningful way. We offer local face-to-face workshops and community experiences during externships, internships, and residencies. In our experience this structure provides seminarians with the best opportunity to attend seminary while continuing to live and work normally.  

We're committed to helping you achieve your career goals. Our career services team provides one-on-one support to help you prepare for job interviews, create a winning resume, and network with potential employers. We specialize in SOCIAL  JUSTICE  leadership studies. The ministry focus  (minor) is the application of the your declared major into your Social Justice ministry, in answer to the call that the you have discerned.  We do NOT treadmill you onto a path that we have chosen for you.  GTC provides the education and space for you to study ministry while you discern your ministry. At GTC you walk the path to which you are called. 

We're more than just a school – we're a community. We offer a variety of opportunities to get involved, including  volunteer projects, and networking events. We are multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, multi-faith, multi-race, multi-age, inclusive, and affirming.  We welcome and admit persons who are called to  ministry, but may not "fit through mainstream doors". We affirm that while everyone is equally called to ministry, one must be educated and trained within the sometimes rigorous structure of ministry formation in order to best employ your God given gifts.
